Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by state

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
