Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-facility physical therapy services. You will implement prescribed therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain strength and independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary rehab team in a dynamic setting across sites. Certified/licensed PTAs are encouraged to apply, with a focus on growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans and deliver treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Support patients as they work toward restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care and document progress.
