Pacific Coast Manor in Capitola, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering rehabilitative care. You will assist with mobility, strength, and functional goals for residents in a respectful, learning-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license in good standing.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• New graduates welcome; experience in rehab settings preferred.
• Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Document therapy sessions and resident progress accurately.
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility, and functional activities.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in care conferences and therapy-related activities.
