Job summary

Rehab Alliance, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams in California. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to impact patient outcomes.

You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist in selecting appropriate patients, coordinate evaluations, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Part-time employment in SNF/Long-Term Care setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under a licensed PT supervision.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and on file.
