Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oxford, NC to support residents with occupational therapy needs. You will assess and implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' occupational therapy needs and match services.
• Meet with residents regularly per treatment program, evaluate and maintain progress records.
• Report progress to management and family, and discuss outcomes.
• Repeat evaluations to measure progress according to professional guidelines.
• Stay current with literature and attend seminars to maintain and update professional skills.
