Job summary

Qualifications

• Indiana PTA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous PTA experience in rehab or acute care is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists with patient care and treatments.
• Conduct therapies under supervision, including exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients and staff.
