Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
