Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Imperial in Naples, FL, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled PTA services that improve residents’ safety and function, enabling greater independence.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or eligible for Florida PTA license.
• SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health software is preferred.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Help residents regain function and independence through skilled therapy.
