Lake Effect Chiropractic in Bay City, MI is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our movement-focused rehab team. You will guide patients through exercise programs and collaborate with physicians to promote lasting strength, mobility, and confidence.

The role includes comprehensive training and a clinic-gym hybrid approach. Hours vary by day with a schedule that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with patients during visits, guiding them through corrective exercise programs and movement-based care plans.
• Deliver efficient sessions typically lasting 10–20 minutes with active participation and measurable progress.

• Contribute to a results-driven environment that keeps patients engaged and motivated throughout care.
• Receive full training on systems, protocols, and exercises to ensure success in the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A PTA - PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT:

Monday: 8 AM - 5 PM

Tuesday: 9 AM - 7 PM

Wednesday: 9 AM - 5 PM

• $25-30 based on experience
