Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing setting. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  
• Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents
  
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
  
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
  
• Support a positive, patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care
