Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Milan, TN is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (Outpatient) to join our flexible, patient-centered team. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a mix of on-site outpatient clinics and room-based treatment.

You'll work with residents to improve mobility, market the clinic, and manage your own scheduling while receiving strong clinical support and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain).
• Outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday-Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Work in on-site outpatient clinics or residents' rooms as appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling, clinic marketing and independent clinic operations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
