Job summary

ANEW Regenerative Medicine Specialists is seeking a licensed PTA to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Michigan, with a full-time schedule in Southfield / Farmington Hills. You will work under a supervising PT to provide individualized therapy and help patients reduce pain and restore movement.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan PTA license or ability to obtain licensure before starting
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care
• Use therapeutic exercise, mobility training, functional rehabilitation, and manual techniques
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and function
• Educate patients about their rehabilitation program and home exercises
• Monitor patients during treatment and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Document treatments accurately and on time
• Communicate with physicians, therapists, assistants, and other healthcare team members
• Help maintain a positive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment
• Participate in rehabilitation of patients receiving regenerative treatments
