Rankin Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team. You'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based treatments across orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related care.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• Current or eligible PTA licensure in the applicable state

Responsabilités

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans aimed at functional outcomes and patient goals
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance and gait training, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately using the EMR system
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and contribute to a positive clinic culture
