Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in Colorado Springs. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with a collaborative team, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

You'll deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, create individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function, track progress, and engage with patients and the local community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
