BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in outpatient orthopedics in Georgia. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with a collaborative environment, mentorship, and a clear career path.

Competitive pay ($27–$38/hour), employer-paid medical premium option, dental/vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, and ongoing CEU opportunities through Upstream.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Georgia PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsabilités

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
