Job summary

Spring Hill Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Grass Valley, CA. Full-time is preferred; 40 hours per week with 12 patients per day and 40-minute sessions.

Candidates should be CA-licensed PTAs, with outpatient ortho experience preferred. We offer mentoring for new grads, relocation bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible for CA state licensure as a PTA.
• Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.
• New grad PTAs will be supported and mentored.
• Full-time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available.
• Candidates with 20 hours and 3 weekdays of availability will also be considered.
• Working on Mondays and Fridays is required for all candidates.

Responsibilities

• Treat a dynamic outpatient orthopedic caseload in a 1:1 setting with 40-minute sessions.
• Utilize Pilates-based rehabilitation and craniosacral therapy where appropriate.
• Develop and expand specialties or certifications with clinic support.
