Job summary

SERC Physical Therapy in Clinton, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll work under a licensed PT delivering hands-on, evidence-based care and help patients regain mobility and function through individualized treatment plans.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with competitive pay ($28–$35/hour), a mentorship program, and employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Missouri PTA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
