Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of IL.
• 1–2 years of experience in outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy preferred (new graduates will be considered).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel between clinic sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist in carrying out individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Support clinic operations with scheduling and patient flow.
