Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans and select activities to meet patient goals.
• Revise care plans collaboratively with therapists, patients, and families.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and referrals.
• Document treatment sessions per departmental protocols and submit required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical standards, and ensure safety and infection control.
• Support a positive patient and team environment, demonstrating respect and teamwork.
• Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and orientation activities.
• Comply with all organizational policies and standards of conduct.
