As a PTA, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff, perform assessments, document changes, and contribute to their physical and psychosocial well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
