We offer a fast‑paced, rewarding environment with one‑on‑one mentoring for the first 90 days, and a compensation range of $60,000–$85,000 depending on experience. New hire orientation is provided to ensure a smooth start and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience with sports rehabilitation and manual‑based therapies.
• Virginia license or license eligible.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills for a positive patient experience.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for physical therapy.
• Ability to stay engaged and have fun while meeting work goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services in outpatient clinics as part of an orthopedic/sports medicine team.
• Assist therapists with patient evaluation, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
• Support patient education and motivate fitness and rehabilitation goals.
