Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated team delivering in-home care across Oklahoma. You will work underLicensed Physical Therapists to support patient mobility, functional independence, and safe daily activities.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with therapists to adjust care. A compassionate, patient-focused approach helps families maintain quality of life at home.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license
• Must possess automobile liability insurance
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTA duties under Physical Therapists to treat patients with mobility impairments.
• Help patients improve mobility and independence in self-care and daily living activities.
