Flagstar Rehab is seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art skilled nursing facilities around NYC. Work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy and patient education, enhancing function and cognition in daily life.

Qualifications

• Current NYS PTA license and registration.
• EMR competence is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
• Provide quality therapy services to SNF patients with conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, MS, cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilities.
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR software.
