Elite Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract role in West Bridgewater, MA. The PTA will work in a Skilled Nursing Facility and provide therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist, documenting progress in the EMR system and ensuring patient safety.

Applicants should have an active MA PTA license (or Compact), at least 1 year in skilled nursing, reliable transportation, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active MA PTA license or Compact PTA license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical information and vitals in EMR.
• Deliver therapy under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement prescribed treatment plans in collaboration with the PT.
• Assist residents with exercises, gait, balance, and mobility.
• Monitor responses and communicate progress to the therapist.
• Document sessions and ensure safety and compliance.
