Job summary

Laguna Hills Health and Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to support licensed therapists in delivering individualized care to residents. You will administer treatments, monitor progress, educate families, and maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document residents' progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate residents and their families on home exercise programs and safety precautions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to residents.
