AVIR AT SWEETWATER, a small, charming skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, seeks a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy program. We see orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions and aim to create programs to address these needs with excellent nursing support.
