Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a Full Time opening for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Martinsburg Healthcare Center. Our therapists are in-house team members, enabling direct impact on residents through therapy services.

Qualifications

• Must have PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold a valid or pending State PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Verifies client information by interviewing client; reviewing and/or recording medical history; confirming purpose of treatment
• Helps clients improve quality of life by compensating for limitations and aiding mobility and independence
• Implements treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with the Physical Therapist and team
• Opportunity to work at multiple centers to serve a wide variety of patient needs
