EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking therapists to support seniors through EmpowerMe 360, integrating therapy, wellness, and medical care in senior living communities. You’ll guide residents toward stronger, safer, more independent lives with a collaborative team approach.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP.
• Demonstrated passion for empowering seniors to live independently.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.
• Assess residents, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Support care coordination with wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards aligned with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts.
• Help residents maximize independence, confidence, and satisfaction.
