Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited PTA program (ASPT).
• Must be licensed/registered in the state and maintain good standing.
• One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained on orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement physical therapy treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Accurately chart patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Utilize therapy software to document care.
• Provide excellent patient service and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
