Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our Greeley, CO outpatient clinic. This full-time PTA position offers a competitive hourly rate and bonus incentives, with a focus on returning patients to athletics, work and daily life.

The role involves providing high-quality therapy under a supervising PT, developing strong patient rapport, and contributing to a collaborative clinical team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• College graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Passed CAPTE national examination.
• Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
• Provide high quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision for patients, caregivers and facilities in line with PT principles and Select Medical policies.
• Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
