Qualifications

• Associates Degree required for PTA licensure.
• CAPTE program graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Follow plan of care and PTA procedures as allowed by referral to aid restoring function.
• Participate in facility and departmental meetings; contribute to solutions and engagement.
• Complete documentation supporting skilled intervention and adherence to plan of care.
• Provide age-appropriate care and educate patients and families per patient care setting.
