Sora Resource Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team in Pinole, California. You will carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients progress toward their goals and maintaining quality care in a collaborative environment.

This role emphasizes accurate documentation, strong teamwork, and adherence to state practice acts and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program or PT program.
• Current valid State PTA license/registration and CPR certification is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for most of a shift.
• Strong teamwork and time management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out skilled PTA-led treatment programs under a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient activities and charges using medical terminology.
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Comply with State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
