Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Texas team in Idalou. You will work under supervision to help patients improve mobility and daily living skills in home health settings.

One year of clinical experience is preferred, especially in home health. Strong communication with patients and caregivers is essential, with commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under guidance of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and functional independence.
• Support patients with daily living activities and therapeutic modalities as prescribed.
• Document progress and report to supervising PT to adjust plans of care.
