Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing in Monroeville, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA delivers hands-on therapy to support recovery, improve mobility, and enhance functional independence.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through exercises, documenting progress, and educating families on home programs.

Qualifikationen

• Current PTA certification or license in Pennsylvania
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Aufgaben

• Implement established treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor and report patient progress, responses, and changes to the Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with improving strength, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery techniques
• Support a safe, compliant, and positive rehabilitation environment
