Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at the Greeley clinic. You will work closely with therapists to implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and monitor patient progress to support recovery and rehabilitation.

The role requires completing an accredited PTA program with state licensure or certification. Strong communication, documentation, and EMR familiarity are essential for delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with therapeutic exercises and treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist (PT).
• Communicate with PTs on patient progress.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Monitor and record patient progress and responses to treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families about exercises, treatments, and home care routines.
• Collaborate with PTs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
