Qualifications

• Experience in physical therapy documentation and charting.
• Ability to read and interpret treatment plans and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state/federal regulations in therapy delivery.
• Support facilities with quality patient care and coordinated case management.
