Physical Therapy Central, part of the Confluent Health Family, invites a Licensed PTA to join an outpatient clinic focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. You will be mentored and supported with advanced tools and clear development pathways to help patients move better, feel better, and live better.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, strong patient relationships, and collaboration with a supervising PT to ensure outstanding care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality treatment under the direction of the Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
• Progress patients toward functional goals through evidence-based care.
• Build strong patient relationships and create a positive care experience.
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising PT.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing clinic environment.
