Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are up to date.
