Tender Touch Rehab Services in Lakewood, NJ is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide PTAs under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines, in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
