Tender Touch Rehab Services in Branford, CT is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams. You will provide PT assistant services under the supervision of a licensed PT, ensure compliance with state guidelines, and help identify patients who can benefit from therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with PT for evaluation/referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are current and obtained.
