Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center, part of Signature HealthCARE, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehab team in Winchester, KY. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to support residents in achieving functional recovery and independence.

Requirements include an accredited PTA program with at least an Associate’s Degree and a valid PTA license for the state of service. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits within Signature HealthCARE’s care model.
