Tender Touch Rehab Services, a member of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams in Malvern, PA. You will provide PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT, assist in selecting patients, document in accordance with regulations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as PTA in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
