Tender Touch Rehab Services in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will provide supervised PT services under a licensed therapist, and help identify suitable patients for therapy while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
