Tender Touch Rehab Services in Danbury, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. You will provide therapy under a licensed PT and work in SNF/long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines.
• Identify patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
