Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function and independence, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the United States.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Must maintain accurate documentation and support care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to seniors under PT supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
