Job summary

Renewal Rehab is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. You will deliver hands-on therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence.

You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate patients and caregivers while contributing to a patient-centered culture and opportunities for growth.
