Life Enriching Communities is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Twin Lakes in Montgomery, OH. This PRN position supports residents with rehabilitation services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will work within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, delivering customized therapy plans to enhance residents' recovery and independence. A PTA license in Ohio and an accredited PTA program degree are required.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Mansioni

• Deliver personalized, high-quality therapy services to residents in collaboration with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer manual exercises, massage, and traction as prescribed to relieve pain and improve strength.
• Instruct and assist residents with functional mobility and activity improvement.
• Observe, document, and report resident progress and treatment responses.
• Fit and train residents in the use and care of orthopedic devices such as braces, prostheses, walkers, and wheelchairs.
• Support development and adjustment of treatment programs with team members.
