In this role you will manage a manageable caseload, document care in an EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust therapy.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license/certification required.
• Evidence-based interventions under PT supervision.
• Ability to document progress and outcomes.
