We offer full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. You will provide exceptional PTA care, assist with treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, and document patient progress as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active California PTA license or license in process.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with patients and families.
• Accurate documentation of patient progress and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient progress and maintain medical records.
• Support rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
