Job summary

American Senior Communities in Seymour is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist in skilled care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. This role supports services across ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings, including home health and skilled nursing facilities.

You will help develop and adjust treatment plans, participate in discharge planning, and contribute to case management while maintaining quality patient interactions with residents and center staff.

Qualifications

• Assists in providing skilled care under supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Develop and continue ongoing treatment plans.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Contribute to case management.
• Maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff.
• Adhere to state regulations concerning physical therapy assistant services.
